Studio  Classes

Visit our studio at 301B S Main St. in Goodlettsville, TN. Wear comfy clothes, we don’t care if they have holes! We have mats and water. (no extra charge) All we and you need is YOU! Also available for private yoga or parties.

Community  Classes

Discover the joy of change, doing yoga outside with Nature, opening yourself up to new spaces. We meet at parks, breweries, schools, offices, and can come to you! We are looking for more community partners and places and would love to collaborate.
